I don’t mess around with just photos and floor plans, nothing new about those of course. I’m bringing 2023 style marketing to your property. We’re talking videos, staged photos, TikTok and Instagram reels, YouTube videos – THE WORKS. If you’re thinking why, I’ll tell you why. Buyers and tenants are inundated with property. They need wow factor. Attention is currency these days and in the property world you want to catch buyers’ and tenants’ attention quickly and get them through the door just as quick. If they’re in your living room they’re not in someone else’s – so providing it fits the bill then the offers should come rolling in quickly.
